Length: 1 Hour

Instructors: Taylor (Wed) Tara (Rest)

Expect a wide variety of circuits utilizing bodyweight, TRX, Dumbbells, Battle ropes, Stairs, Skipping, Spin, Kettlebells, and more! We always provide modifications for all levels, you will love the welcoming atmosphere and high energy!

HIIT

Length: 30 Minutes

Instructors: Tara

HIIT is a quick class designed for your lunchtime needs! Feel free to bring the babes if you are a momma looking for a workout, and enjoy a quick and effective workout. Style is very similar to our Bootcamps, but half the length!

10x Punch Card: $80

POUND

Length: 45 Minutes

Instructors: Chelsea (Sun/Mon) Tara (Wed)

Pound is a heart pumping cardio jam session that is choreographed to music. This class is suitable for all levels and it is SO FUN! Come lose yourself in the music with me and get your sweat on at the same time.
