Week 1: This Won't Work For Me (Clearing the fear of disappointment, that you'll try another thing and it won't work, the idea that you'll be stuck and nothing will work).

Week 2:  I Can't Trust My Body (clearing the micromanaging, afraid to let go and trust, the need to control and force and manipulate your way into weight loss, the idea that you body is against you not with you).

Week 3: I Must Suffer and Sacrifice To See Results (clearing the idea that you need to restrict, force, and deprive yourself of what you love in order to see results and installing the belief that EASE is what creates results).

Week 4:  My Body is Broken (clearing the idea that something is wrong with you specifically like your hormones, metabolism, etc etc. The idea that you cannot possibly see result because of xyz condition that is keeping you stuck. This sounds like "I tried everything, nothing works for me") 

Week 5: I Can't Be Happy Until I See A Change (clearing the idea that you must change before you let yourself feel at peace in your body, clearing the fear that acceptance = stagnation [it doesn't]. This week allows you to feel good NOW and all the way to your dream body.

Week 6: Food = Emotional Safety (clearing the core idea keeping you in emotional and binge eating cycles where food is the only way to move through emotions, and you feel unable to resist those urges/cravings.

Week 7: It's Not Safe To Be Seen (clearing the subconscious block where being too seen, too successful, too lean might invite attack or criticism judgement or exhile... Which has you staying the same). 

Week 8: It's Not Working (clearing the idea that just because something isn't dramatic and visible yet, doesn't mean that it isn't working. This is probably the #1 thing stalling out progress because you don't allow yourself to ever gain momentum and actually get to the effortless part!)


Week 9: I'm Not Doing Enough (clearing the idea that you aren't doing enough, must always do more, fix more, add more, change more in order to see results now. This is going to have you feeling a big old exhale and allow yourself to see results here an NOW without the constant feeling of "not enough").

Week 10: I Don't Know Who I Am Without This (for those that have struggled for a long period of time and this weight loss struggle actually feels like part of your identity, like you may not know who you are without this struggle and this can invite a lot of subconscious sabotage!)

Meet Your Mentor:

Who am I to teach you about manifesting your dream body? My entire life has prepared me for this role quite honestly!

I've spent 17 years deep in eating disorders- starting with Anorexia, and then the majority of the time Binge Eating Disorder and Bulimia. I know exactly what it's like to suffer around food and feel completely out of control around your body. 

I've also spend a huge period of my life operating as a Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor evening owning my own gym and building a very successful fitness business- teaching every single class and having every certification available.

I've also dedicate my schooling towards becoming a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and completing a Diploma in Exercise and Wellness. 

But the real flex? I healed completely from my food struggles, I am a full blown intuitive eater with total food freedom, I utilized my own process to drop 40+lbs and maintain it for years, experience a beautiful pregnancy and come right back to my dream body. I've healed from major injuries and came out the other side, I've helped hundreds of women around the world manifest their dream bodies and lose up to 80lbs, I know every single aspect of this world inside and out and I know I was put on this earth to learn these lessons and come out the other side to help you. 

This is my life's work, and I am fully equipped in every single aspect to get you the results you want.
