Welcome to RECODE ("RECODE," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the RECODE mobile app, how we use it, and your choices. By using RECODE, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign in, we collect your email address to identify your account and connect it to your subscription or program access.

Billing and subscription information. Subscription purchases and billing are handled entirely by Kajabi, our billing partner. RECODE does not process or store your payment card details — Kajabi manages that, and their own privacy policy governs how payment information is handled. RECODE receives confirmation from Kajabi of your subscription status so we can grant access to subscriber content.

Program access passwords. Certain programs (such as Money Codes and Hot Happy Healed) are unlocked using a shared password rather than an individual account. This unlock status is stored only on your device and is not tied to your identity or reported to our servers.

Usage and progress data. We store data related to your use of the app so features like the belief tracker, habit tracker, and evidence/wins log can work — including which RECODEs you've set as active, which tracks you've listened to, and the notes/entries you create in the app.

Downloaded content. If you download audio content for offline listening, that content is stored locally on your device.

Push notification tokens. If you grant notification permission, we register a device token so we can send you app notifications (such as announcements). This token is tied to your device, not to any content you personally unlock.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Provide access to the content and features you're entitled to.
• Keep your progress (belief tracker, habit tracker, evidence log) in sync across sessions.
• Send you push notifications and in-app announcements, if you've enabled them.
• Maintain and improve the app.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-Party Services

RECODE relies on the following third-party services to operate:

• Kajabi — handles subscription billing and payment processing. Kajabi's own privacy policy applies to information you provide during checkout.
• Supabase — our backend database and file storage provider, used to store account, progress, and content data securely.
• Expo — provides app infrastructure, including delivering app updates and push notifications.

These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes.

Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including relying on our providers' industry-standard security practices. However, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

• You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.
• Program access passwords (Money Codes, Hot Happy Healed) can be cleared by uninstalling the app, since this data is stored locally only.

Children's Privacy

RECODE is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
