Each week we dissolve one root belief at the subconscious level, and install one that works FOR you instead of against you.Â
Here's how you do it:
- Complete one RECODINGÂ session a week to dismantle the core belief holding you back and rewrite the new one.Â
- Press play on the corresponding RISE audio each day on the go, anywhere, anytime (think guided meditation, but energizing & done to cinematic music putting you in the frequency of what you want)Â
- Press play on the corresponding REST audio each night before bed (drift off to sleep peaceful, relaxed, and reprogrammed).

-Use the weekly mantra to filter your decisions through, take micro-actions from, and build evidence of who you are becoming.

WHY IT WORKS:
 Change doesn’t happen from repetition alone.
It happens when the brain updates a stored belief.
First, we activate the limiting belief... Not to reinforce it, but to bring it online.Â
We do this during a specific style of breathwork that shifts your nervous system state and quiets activity in the Default Mode Network:Â the brain network responsible for your sense of identity, personal narrative, and long-held patterns.
When the Default Mode Network softens, your identity becomes more flexible.
Beliefs feel less solid and true.

This creates destabilization, which is essential for change.
Then we move into memory reconsolidation.
In a relaxed, hypnotic state (immediately after breathwork) your brain enters a temporary neuroplastic window (roughly 10–20 minutes). During this time, previously activated beliefs can be updated.

We introduce a mismatch experience:
The old identity comes online…
And it no longer lands.

The nervous system experiences safety + a new truth at the same time.
When the brain detects that mismatch, it rewrites the stored belief.

Finally, we use tapping (EFT) to:
• Clear residual emotional charge
• Regulate the nervous system
• Reinforce the new neural pathway

And THEN we use the daily audios (RISE & REST) to continue to reinforce the new belief  through repetition, particularly during the powerful window after a recoding session.Â
