As you may know, the dream body topic is one that is near and dear to my heart as I manifested losing 35lbs with zero dieting, and just moved my body when I wanted to.

Onto the journaling prompts! With Dream Body- it’s never about the food and exercise; and everything to do with your beliefs. Seriously, everything.

These journaling prompts will help you uncover the beliefs holding you back and see where you need to start shifting them! To compare, I’ve written my answers out at the end- so you can see the difference in what you may be believing- vs. What someone who naturally exists in their dream body believes! I did this years ago with my naturally thin friend. When I compared my own answers to hers, I was BLOWN AWAY that someone could have such a normal, healthy relationship with food. 

1.) What do you believe you need to do, to be into your dream body?

2.) What do you need to eat or not eat to be in your dream body?

3.) How much exercise do you need to maintain your dream body?

4.) What foods do you view as “good” and what foods do you view as “bad?”

5.) Fill in the sentance: Weight Loss is….

6.) My natural set point for my weight and body is (where I end up without “trying”) …

7.) What do I love about my body? (If you can’t think of anything- that’s okay! This is just showing you where there is work to do as in our dream bodies- we would love so many things about our bodies; so it’s helpful to see the contrast).

8.) If I was already in my dream body- What would change in my life? What would I do differently, how would I show up, how would I think/view my body?

9.) How can I start doing some of the above things, now? **This is so important and I talk so much about this in my dream body content!

10.) How would I view myself in the mirror if I was in my dream body? What would my self talk be like?

11.) Would I exercise or move my body? What would I be doing if I was in my dream body?


To compare your answers with someone who is already in their dream body, here is what I would say to the first few questions. Before you read them- know that this was definitely NOT the case for me before my manifesting dream body journey! I had so much hatred for my body, I had so many limiting beliefs around what was available to me, I had so many negative connotations with food/diets/exercise.. So know that it’s possible to radically change your beliefs, and radically see different results in your body!

 

1.) What do you believe you need to do, to be into your dream body? Just pay attention to my hunger and fullness, and move my body because it feels good!

2.) What do you need to eat or not eat to be in your dream body? Whatever I want! The type of food is irrelevant when I’m truly tapped into my hunger/fullness/satisfaction my body gets exactly what it needs to thrive.

3.) How much exercise do you need to maintain your dream body? Only the amount I desire. My hunger and fullness will adjust accordingly to the amount I’m moving! I can trust my body always.

4.) What foods do you view as “good” and what foods do you view as “bad?” There are no good and bad foods- I’ve worked hard to make them all completely neutral and know that it’s only my BELIEFS that create a “good/bad” reaction in my body.

5.) Fill in the sentance: Weight Loss is…. Easy, fun, liberating, exciting, natural!
