I'm here to tell you that you your beliefs are shaping your body and when you change your THOUGHTS, you transform your body! 

I used to be 40+ lbs heavier, struggled DEEPLY with binge eating and bulimia, and I can't even recognize that girl anymore. 

Today I live with COMPLETE food freedom- eating whatever I want always with zero qualms, have lost 40+lbs twice (again after pregnancy with ease!) and live in my dream body for life and have now taught hundreds of women around the world to do the same!

Here's how to get started...

Grab your journal and answer these questions...

1.) What are your thoughts and beliefs around food and your body?
What do you believe you must to do see results?
How do you feel around food and your body?
How do you feel when you think about achieving your dream body?
What bad thing happens when you are in your dream body (this is an important question to uncover any subconscious blocks).

I wrote these all out in my journal. My beliefs were insane! 
I believed I would always struggle
I would never heal from binge eating
I would always feel out of control around food
I would always be the "bigger" sister
I would never feel comfortable in my body
and the list goes on...

So I decided to change those!! Find my full Limiting Belief Blaster Workshop inside my Membership (try a week free here!) I went to work on shifting and changing those beliefs, finding new ways of thinking, and reprogramming my mind through all the various methods I teach inside my course. 

The basics of how to begin to change these thoughts involve challenging them:
Is this true for everyone, everywhere in the world? (it never is)
What else is true? 
What do I want to believe to be true?
What can I "get behind" to that feels true for me and is in alignment with what I desire? 
For example, I started seeking out intuitive eaters who were in their dream body which I couldn't find- so I was determined to be the example! But I started to get behind the idea that if I genuinely allowed all foods and honoured my hunger and fullness, this would help me recover from binge eating and would definitely begin to shift my body. 

I began to ruthlessly become aware of my thoughts around my body, question them with curiosity and change them through all the amazing methods like journalling, tapping, meditation, askfirmations, etc (I teach this inside my course obviously!). 

From there, things slowly started to transform. I started to view my body with kindness and love, I healed my relationship with food completely and started viewing all foods as neutral, I changed the way I spoke to my body, I did mirror work- I CHANGED who I was being and aligned with someone in her dream body!

This took me some time, but the weight truly did fall off after YEARS of struggle, and I would love to help you move towards your dream body with food freedom and the ease that myself and so many of my clients have experienced!
